Welcome to the Vessit Partner Program — where influence meets reward. By signing up, you agree to the terms below. These ensure clarity, fairness, and a high-performance partnership.
By agreeing to these Partner Terms, the Partner (Affiliate) acknowledges that they have received, reviewed, and fully understood the Brand Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older.
Your information must be accurate, real, and up-to-date.
Vessit reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application.
2. Commission Structure
Earn up to 10% commission on every qualifying order made through your unique partner link.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding shipping, returns, and taxes.
Commission rates may be updated based on performance, promotions, or program changes.
3. Payout Terms
Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
Payouts are processed monthly, within the first week of each month.
Payments are made via PayPal.
Applicable taxes (TDS/GST, if any) will be deducted as per Indian regulations.
4. What’s Not Allowed
We maintain brand integrity and don’t allow:
Spamming, fake traffic, or cookie stuffing.
Unauthorized promotion on coupon sites or discount forums.
Misleading claims or impersonation of Vessit in any form.
Any activity that can harm Vessit’s reputation.
Violation will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Partner Conduct
You’re a partner, not an employee.
All promotional material must reflect Vessit’s premium image.
Do not use our logo or name in paid ads, domain names, or impersonation pages without permission.
6. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partner account at any time, with or without cause.
Partners may also terminate this agreement by written notice.
7. Changes to Terms
Vessit may modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Vessit is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
You participate at your own risk and discretion.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in New Delhi, India.
