Appendix A: Brand Guidelines

These guidelines are to be followed strictly by Partners (Affiliates), Signature Partners when promoting the Vessit brand, Signature Collections, or any co-branded campaign materials.

1. Brand Voice & Tone

  • Tone: Assertive, elegant, confident — with premium sophistication.

  • Do say: “Tailored for the discerning few.”

  • Don’t say: “Trendy”, “cheap”, “everyone’s wearing it.”

2. Visual Identity

  • Primary Color: Gold (#D4AF37)

  • Accent Colors: Champagne Cream (#F5F5DC), Matte Charcoal (#1A1A1A), Black (#0D0D0D)

  • Typography:

    • Headings: Playfair Display

    • Body Text: Poppins or Lato

  • Logo Usage:

    • Always maintain clear space (minimum 30px padding)

    • Do not stretch, skew, alter colors, or add drop shadows

    • Use on clean, high-contrast backgrounds

3. Imagery Guidelines

  • Use high-resolution, editorial-style photography only

  • No stock imagery unless approved by Brand

  • Tone must evoke exclusivity, intentionality, power, and modern luxury

  • Do not use filters, stickers, or memes

4. Hashtags & Mentions

Use brand-approved hashtags and mentions only:

  • #VessitSignatureCircle

  • #VessitPartner

  • Tag @vessit.official in all applicable posts

  • Personal coupon codes must include your name or brand handle (e.g., ELISE20)

5. Do’s and Don’ts Summary

✅ Do:

  • Use brand tone consistently

  • Use only approved color palette

  • Use proper disclosure (#Ad, #Partner)

  • Promote in high-quality, curated spaces

❌ Don’t:

  • Use slang, sarcasm, or humor that dilutes luxury

  • Add emoji or gimmicky graphics

  • Post without disclosure

  • Promote on spammy or controversial pages


Appendix B: Code of Conduct

This outlines ethical standards and professional expectations for Signature Partners.

1. Professional Conduct

  • Represent the Vessit brand with dignity, accuracy, and class

  • Maintain respectful tone in all communication with customers, followers, and Brand team

  • Avoid any association with hate speech, misinformation, explicit content, or political extremism

2. Disclosure & Compliance

  • Always comply with India’s ASCI Guidelines, FTC Guidelines (US), or your local authority

  • Include disclosures like “#Ad” or “#VessitPartner” wherever promotion occurs

  • Never promote Vessit in misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated ways

3. Exclusivity

  • During active campaigns, partners may not simultaneously promote competing luxury fashion brands without prior written approval

  • Partner must maintain confidentiality on any unreleased collection details, pricing, or campaign strategies

4. Confidentiality & Respect

  • Never share screenshots, internal emails, strategy documents, or commissions without prior consent

  • Do not comment negatively on any partner, staff, or customer associated with Vessit

5. Accountability

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in:

  • Commission reduction

  • Termination of partnership

  • Legal or financial remedy, where applicable
