All products sold through Vessit are sourced from Modalyst suppliers and shipped directly to you. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping is an economical option for those who are not in a rush to receive their order.
Complimentary U.S. Shipping
All orders placed within the United States enjoy free, insured shipping — always. It’s our way of ensuring a seamless, elevated experience from checkout to unboxing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
2. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to both standard and express shipping charges.
If you decide to cancel your order, return products, or refuse delivery, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are separate from product costs and are paid to the carrier. Therefore, regardless of order status or shipping delays, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If the carrier returns a package due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
