Vessit Gift Cards are issued by Vessit and may be redeemed for products on the Vessit online store only. The gift card is not redeemable for cash, and no change or refund will be given for any unused balance.

2. Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• After the expiration date, any remaining balance on the card will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or used.

3. Gift Card Value and Usage

• The gift card value is specified at the time of purchase and cannot be altered once the transaction is complete.

• Gift Cards can be used to purchase any items available on the Vessit store, subject to availability.

• If the value of the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• Vessit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact our support team immediately. However, we may not be able to replace the card if it is used without authorization.

• In cases of theft, you may be required to provide proof of purchase and identity verification.

7. Redemption Process

• To redeem your gift card, simply enter the code during checkout at the Vessit online store. The remaining balance, if any, will be saved to your account for future use.

• You may combine multiple gift cards during checkout, but the maximum number of cards allowed per transaction is determined by the platform’s terms.

8. Refunds

• All sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

• Global Laws: If you are purchasing or redeeming a Vessit Gift Card from outside India, you agree to comply with the relevant consumer protection laws in your country, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Protection Laws, U.S. Federal and State Laws, and any other applicable laws concerning electronic commerce and gift cards.

Vessit reserves the right to modify or change these Gift Card Terms at any time, and all changes will be posted on the website. The updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

• Vessit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the gift card.
